As ‘Godmother’ to MS Rotterdam her Highness conserved the ancient custom of a women launching a ship. This custom is intended to ensure a safe passage for the mariners.

I was cruising with MS Rotterdam for the inauguration, and when the veil was lifted from the Baby Sea Lion an audible gasp went up among the passengers watching from the theater, they thought it was real!

(it was the whiskers!)
